The Pumpkin Festival

This picture was taking this past Saturday the 23rd of October, 2010. Highwood, Illinois is putting themselves on the map as a town coming together to try and break the world record for the most carved pumpkins. The record I believe is currently 32,000. This past Saturday Highwood reached their highest at 22,000. Hopefully next year everyone can contribute and carve 10,000 more pumpkins; myself included!

While I didn't get to enter a pumpkin this year, my aunt did. She creatively (jokingly, I'm really laughing at home) "carved" two pumpkins.
